The Fly Trap XL is an ecological large-capacity trap for large flies – inexpensive, efficient and environmentally friendly. Inside it contains a food-based attractant made from protein-rich flours and natural essences that specifically lures flies and sand flies. It works entirely without insecticides or other chemicals.

Application
Open the bag, fill with water according to the instructions so that the attractant contained dissolves, and hang the trap in an outdoor location prone to flies (against sand flies, approx. 1 m high). Best placed in the sun – the attractant effect starts after about 4–5 hours and reaches its maximum after 3–4 days; hang in the shade above approx. 32 °C. Replace the trap when full.

- Maximum catch performance: up to 40.000 flies per trap – around 12.000 in one week.
- Long effective duration: active for about 60–90 days – significantly longer than many 30-day traps.
- For heavy infestations: ideal for stables, intensive animal husbandry, dairies, farms and landfills.
- Lures flies away from your area: hang a few meters away from seating areas and entrances so the flies are lured there.
- Hygienic & disposable: simply seal the full trap and dispose of it whole – no contact with dead flies.
- Note: the trap catches flies via the food-based attractant – biting stable/horse flies are not caught by it.
