Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment method that is most suitable for you. The shipping costs are partially dependent on the selected payment method.

The prices stated in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as value added tax. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there.

The applicable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be accessed via the "Shipping costs" page, are shown separately during the ordering process and must be borne by you in addition.

  • Pay by invoice

    You will receive an invoice from us and can conveniently pay the invoice amount by bank transfer. Please use the payment slip enclosed with your parcel. Please transfer the total amount to the account stated there within 14 days.

  • Credit / Debit Card

    Pay securely with your Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. Your card details are encrypted and processed by our payment provider Stripe and are never passed on to us. The payment is confirmed with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check).

  • EPS

    Pay by eps bank transfer through the online banking of your Austrian bank. You choose your bank during checkout and are redirected to its online banking, where you authorise the transfer with your usual login details. Amount, recipient IBAN and payment reference are already filled in. No additional payment service account is required.

  • Link

    With Link by Stripe your payment details are stored securely, so you do not have to enter them again the next time you shop. The actual payment is made with your saved card or bank account.

  • Amazon Pay

    Pay quickly and securely with Amazon Pay using your existing Amazon account. There is no need to enter your payment or address details again; the details stored in your Amazon account are used.

  • PayPal

    Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account. You can pay from your PayPal balance, with a stored credit card or by direct debit – even without a PayPal account of your own, you can pay by credit card. PayPal also offers you PayPal Buyer Protection under its terms.

  • Payment in advance (bank transfer)

    Pay directly into our bank account. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Your order will only be shipped once the payment has been received in our account.

  • Cash on delivery

    Pay conveniently in cash to the courier on delivery. In addition to the value of the goods and the shipping costs, a cash-on-delivery fee of €4.50 applies per parcel, regardless of the order value. Please have the exact amount ready.

  • Klarna

    Pay conveniently with Klarna. The invoice is issued not by us but by the payment provider Klarna; you only pay after you have received the goods. You receive the payment details directly from Klarna and have 14 days from the invoice date to settle the amount. You can view your invoices at any time in the Klarna app.
