Ordering process

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you want to order by clicking the “Add to cart” button. This places your selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the quantity of the products, deleting a selection by clicking “Remove”, or cancelling the ordering process. Clicking the “Checkout” button takes you to the next step.

2. Checkout

If you already have a customer account, please log in with your email address and password; otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data is collected, processed and used in accordance with data protection regulations (privacy notice). It is not used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. Once you are logged in, you can choose the shipping method. Clicking the “Continue” button takes you to the next step.

3. Check billing address / choose payment method

Now check your billing address and choose your preferred payment method. Clicking the “Continue” button takes you to the next step.

4. Check shipping address / choose shipping method

Now check your shipping address and choose your preferred shipping method. Clicking the “Continue” button takes you to the next step.

5. Complete your order / terms and privacy

You will see an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check that all details are correct and please read the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only continue with the order if you accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy (tick the box). By clicking the “Buy” button you send your order to us. You thereby submit a legally binding offer.
