When you receive the shipment (order), please check in the presence of the courier whether the warranty certificate and the delivery note are enclosed. Please also check the integrity of the seals and packaging. The products are sealed and delivered in the manufacturer's original packaging. The products are insured during transport to their destination. Any comments regarding potential problems concerning the integrity/content of any shipments are made at the moment of delivery, and you are entitled to refuse to accept and pay for the shipment. Any subsequent complaints regarding these aspects will not be considered.

The product can be returned if it is in the same condition as it was delivered (no scratches, damage, accessories are present, the packaging is not damaged, without electric shock).

If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled. We ask that you double-check that you have entered all your personal data correctly before placing your order. Our sales representatives will try to contact you several times during the day. However, if they cannot reach you, the order will be considered an error and will be cancelled.

In order not to lose the right to the guarantee, we recommend that you read the operating instructions enclosed with the product carefully before putting the product into operation. The risk of losing the right to the guarantee exists in the following cases: product use not in accordance with its intended purpose, presence of chemical substances, moisture, high temperature or too low temperature; functional defects caused by accidental or intentional product damage; power supply of the product from an incorrect power source; product cleaning with household products or other possibilities of product use that are not recommended by the manufacturer; access to the product by persons not authorized to do so by the manufacturer's service.
