Monitoring trap
The cherry fruit fly trap is an environmentally friendly and non-toxic monitoring trap. The cherry fruit fly lays 50 to 100 eggs individually in half-ripe cherries. The maggots take approx. 1 week to develop. The Dr. Stähler cherry fruit fly trap has been designed to catch cherry fruit flies effectively by luring them into the trap beforehand. Depending on the size of the tree, hang or place 3–4 traps in the tree (1 trap per metre of tree height).

Directions for use:
1 trap per metre of tree height. Use from the beginning of May to June, as soon as the cherries start to turn yellow.
Pull the lid upwards, pour in the contents of the bottle, fill with warm water up to the lower edge of the label and hang the container in the tree (ideally in a warm spot).
